- Initial Business set-up and requirements for Phase 1
- Additional business set-up requirements for Phase 2
- Assist with writing up the books and records of the business
- Preparation of the Companies Payroll
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and trade reports
- Submission of health monitors to relevant stakeholders
- Attending management meetings to assess the financial position of the business and provide advice where required
- Mentoring of the Owner Driver/ LDP Manager for the successful management of his/her business
